We don't sell hardware or software, we don't do phones or alarm systems or teleconferencing, but we have helped our clients find reliable vendors in all those areas and more, often saving our clients thousands of dollars in the process.
We maintain relationships with multiple top tier vendors, including Dell and Microsoft, so that we can quickly help our clients get the goods and services they need, from the best sources. We are Microsoft Partners, and have access to support resources end-user customers cannot get directly as a result of our ongoing engagement with them as a recognized service organization.
We know that you don't want to pay us to learn about your applications and equipment by working on it, so our team is constantly training on new products and technologies, and pursuing certification in those areas most in demand by or clients. Our consultants hold certifications including Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CTIA A+ Technician, and Toshiba Repair Technician.
We work with Microsoft platforms including Windows Server and client operating systems, Exchange (2000, 2003, 2007, 2010) and SQL (2000, 2005, 2008) plus Linux, Apple Macintosh, and a broad range of other technologies. We can set up secure networks, and enable remote connectivity solutions allowing you to access your computer or server from home or anywhere else you have internet access. CTSolutions has designed and installed complete network computing infrastructures for multiple clients, incorporating shared printing and file storage, network and internet access, security, email, and more.
